IT&CMA & CTW, in cooperation with Carry for Kids and Destination Asia, continues to give back to society through the Carry for Kids project for the 8th year. All delegates and visitors to Asia’s Only Doublebill Event In MICE and Corporate Travel are requested to ‘put their hearts into action’ by carrying a “Shoebox of Love”, with necessities such as toiletries, clothing, stationery and toys, to the event in Bangkok. Make the gift extra special by wrapping it and possible even including a personal note for a child. All ''Shoeboxes of Love'' and donations can be dropped off at the Carry for Kids booth during IT&CMA and CTW 2011 (Level 22, Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld) from 4 - 6 October 2011.

Incentive Travel & Conventions, Meetings Asia (IT&CMA) will bring together MICE suppliers and buyers in a 3-day exhibition showcase coupled with intensive business appointments. Exhibition features include products, services and solutions relating to meetings, incentives, conventions and events. The Corporate Travel World Asia Pacific is a conference driven by Corporate Travel & Entertainment content. This event is primarily attended by influencers, planners and decision-makers who attend the annual conference to keep themselves abreast of the latest trends and knowledge that can enable them to get the most out of their corporate travel decisions. IT&CMA and CTW will have much to celebrate as this international business event commemorates its 10th year in Thailand.

"Carry for Kids" is an organisation that promotes and educates airline staff, travel agents and travellers about how they as individuals can make a difference to the lives of underprivileged children in developing countries. The programme encourages travellers to carry a "Shoebox of Love" with necessities such as writing materials, toothpaste, tooth-brush, cotton T-shirt, etc, for the less fortunate children in elected homes and orphanages. IT&CMA and CTW 2011 will once again support Lorenzo Home which takes care of abandoned orphan children many of whom have to cope with the struggle of Aids. Lorenzo Home was established in early 2001 to give warmth and love to these children aged between 18 months to 10 years old. Their mission is to create a happy and loving family atmosphere where the children are able to be nurtured and cared for so that they can grow up healthy and strong. In addition to this the children are educated and given a chance to develop themselves and to perform to the best of their abilities, according to their ages, skills and talents. To be able to do this they depend on individuals, governments or communities to participate by means of contributing or by volunteering. IT&CMA and CTW 2011 delegates can make a difference in a young child’s life by bringing a “Shoebox of Love” or by contributing financially.
